You are occasionally using the system that is
not a critical application.
You have many similar system.
You have trained hardware and software
personnel to troubleshoot at system level.
You are willing to take risk.
In this scheme, we render the following services:
Service personnel visit your site to
troubleshoot and identify the defective system.
Communicate the estimated repair charges.
If the rates are acceptable to you, the system is sent to our service centre for repair at your cost.
Return the repaired system, install and
restore the system.
All the costs incurred in restoration of the system are
charged on actual. For service personnel's visit, we will
charge a flat rate, which will be indicated in the quotation
