Product Warranty: :
This type of contract is ideally suited for organizations in
the following conditions:
You have large number of similar systems available.
Some one in the organization is in a position to troubleshoot at system level.
In case of failure, you are capable to swap products from low priority application to critical application.
You are willing to take medium amount of risk.
In this scheme, we render the following services:
You will return the defective product (system level) to us for service.
We will check the product and repair or replace depending on the nature of failures.
For the above service, we charge product warranty on annual
basis and unique for each system. The charges will include
only the repair/replacement. It excludes the cost of packing
and forwarding from your end. Packing and forwarding charges
on your side will be borne by you and that incurred on our
side will be borne by us. Even after repair/replacement, the
warranty period will remain same and cease on original date.
