3. To qualify for the rebate program incentive, it is mandatory to complete partner registration and end user deal registration.

1. Process for claiming incentive

a. All participants in this program have to register at Demo Incentive Scheme
b. Please use only your official email ID. Generic email IDs will not be considered
c. Once you register, you will be issued a Unique Identification Number (UIN). This UIN is to be used in all your communication regarding this scheme
d. Once a demo is completed, the demo registration form should be filled at Claim Form – Demo Incentive
e. Please use only the end customer’s official email ID. Generic email IDs will not be considered
f. An email will be sent to the end customer’s email along with a feedback form
g. Once the feedback form is filled, A&T will credit the incentive amount to your account

2. Only 1 person from each organization is eligible to claim the incentive for a specific demo.
3. Incentive can be claimed only once for a specific customer
4. Only demos to end customers are considered for the incentive. Demos to other system integrators/ resellers are not eligible

2. Amazing rebates

• For total PO value above Rs. 10 Lakhs: 1% rebate
• For total PO value above Rs. 25 Lakhs: 2% rebate
• For total PO value above Rs. 50 Lakhs: 3% rebate
• For total PO value above Rs. 100 Lakhs: 5% rebate

3. Deals with special pricing/ routed deals will not be considered for the rebate
4. This rebate cannot be clubbed with other offers and rebates
5. Each PO will be counted only once
6. All payments have to be settled as per agreed terms prior to claiming the rebate
7. PO Value will be considered before tax only

2. Amazing gifts

• For total PO value above Rs. 25 Lakhs: Rs. 25,000 gift card
• For total PO value above Rs. 50 Lakhs: Rs. 50,000 gift card
• For total PO value above Rs. 75 Lakhs: Rs.75,000 gift card

3. All participants have to be registered for the program and allotted a unique ID
4. All deals have to be registered on the A&T deal registration portal
5. Each PO will be allocated to one participant only – based upon the name provided during the deal registration
6. Winners need to submit the Unique ID and the Deal Registration codes at the time of claiming gifts
7. Winners need to be employed with the same organization during the period of the program
8. Valid for deals registered within the offer period only
9. Persons may register multiple deals and claim multiple rewards. All deals have to meet the above terms and conditions
