Head Government Relations @ Delhi
1. Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 15 years’ experience in Govt. sales
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the AV space
3. Deep connections with central and state govt. entities, PSUs and armed forces
Job Responsibilities:
1. Government Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target central and state government agencies. Identify opportunities and potential projects within the government sector.
2. Budget and Project Identification: Proactively identify government budgets and projects related to audio-visual technology and solutions. Stay updated on government initiatives and policies that may create opportunities for our services.
3. Proposal Development: Create innovative and tailored pitches and proposals for government clients. Craft detailed proposals that align with their specific needs and requirements.
4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and key stakeholders by leveraging existing connections and network.
5. Team Leadership: Work with regional sales people to create and close Govt. opportunities in their specific regions
6. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor government market trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes. Use this information to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the AV industry.
7. Channel Partner Collaboration: Utilize your network to identify and partner resellers and leverage A&T’s existing channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand our reach and influence in the government sector.
8. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales and winning government contracts for AV solutions.
