System Requirement

  • It is recommended to have an Intel Core i5 10th Gen or higher Gen for wireless collaboration.
  • When connecting a PC/Laptop using a Type C dongle, ensure that the system supports screen mirroring functionality through Type-C.
  • Miracast – Android version 10 or above.

Instruction

  • Pair the USB dongle with the receiver for the first time.
  • After connecting the dongle to your PC/Laptop, please wait until the dongle light stabilizes.
  • For prolonged use, it is recommended to unplug and plug the dongle again.
  • Application is recommended only for BYOD (Laptop & Base Unit should be in same network)
  • *In case of using the All-in-One dongle with a Type-C to Type-A kindly ensure to install the driver.
  • Always Use TYPE C dongle for BYOM function for seamless collaboration
