1. Limited Warranty Coverage

A&T Video Networks warrants that its video conferencing products shall be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

a) Video Collaboration Products

• All A&T branded Video Collaboration Products carry a standard warranty of Three
  (3) Years from the date of original purchase.
• For Authorized Regional Distributors, A&T provides an extended distributor warranty support period of Three (3) Years + Three (3) Additional Months (Total: 39 Months) applicable exclusively for A&T branded products.
• For all 3 rd Party OEM Products marketed/distributed by A&T, Products carry a standard warranty of Three (3) Years from the date of original purchase. The standard warranty period shall vary depending upon the respective product
  category, OEM policy, and purchase specifications.
• The applicable warranty period shall commence from the date of original purchase as evidenced by a valid invoice and shall be governed by A&T Warranty General Terms & Conditions

b) Accessories

As defined under Clause 5 below

The warranty period of accessories shall also commence from the date of original purchase
as evidenced by a valid invoice.

2. Scope of Warranty Obligations
During the applicable warranty period, the Company shall, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product using new, refurbished, or serviceable parts; or
• Replace the defective product with an identical or functionally equivalent product

The foregoing remedies shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available to the
customer under this warranty.

3. Conditions for Validity
This Limited Warranty shall apply only if:

• The product has been used strictly in accordance with normal operating conditions
  and intended use
• The product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or
  improper installation
• The product has not been tampered with, altered, or repaired by any unauthorized
  personnel
• The original serial number, identification labels, and seals remain intact and
  unaltered

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall render this warranty null and void.

4. Exclusions from Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or storage
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
• Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or external environmental
  conditions
• Physical damage, liquid ingress, fire, or acts of nature
• Normal wear and tear of components
• Any accessories not expressly covered under Clause 5

5. Accessories Warranty

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the warranty applicable to accessories shall be
strictly limited to the following items only:

• Power Adaptors
• Cables
• Remote Controls

The above-listed accessories shall carry a limited warranty of six (6) months from the date
of original purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt, no warranty, express or implied, shall apply to any other
accessory, component, attachment, or peripheral item not explicitly listed in this
clause, whether supplied with the product or otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

•  Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or profits

This limitation shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise.

7. Warranty and Support Alignment

The technical support period shall be coterminous with the warranty period. The Company
reserves the right to amend, update, or extend warranty terms at its discretion. Any such
changes will be communicated through official Company channels and shall not retroactively
reduce the existing warranty coverage.

8. Extended Warranty

Extended warranty options may be available for eligible products.
