At A&T, we’re dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment through our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy

Our POSH Policy

It’s a comprehensive set of guidelines and procedures designed to prevent, address, and resolve instances of sexual harassment in our workplace. This policy applies to all employees, including full-time, part-time, temporary, and contract workers.

Key Components of POSH

Zero Tolerance

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment in any form. This means that any instance of sexual harassment will be taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and addressed promptly

Awareness and Training

We provide regular training sessions to all employees to raise awareness about sexual harassment, its forms, and the consequences. These sessions also educate employees on their rights and responsibilities under the POSH policy.

Confidential Reporting

We encourage individuals who experience or witness sexual harassment to report it promptly. We ensure confidentiality throughout the reporting and investigation process, protecting the privacy and dignity of all parties involved.

Fair and Impartial Investigation

Every reported case of sexual harassment is investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially. We ensure that all parties involved are treated with respect and fairness throughout the investigation process

Disciplinary Action

If an investigation substantiates a claim of sexual harassment, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the perpetrator, up to and including termination of employment or contract

Support and Assistance

We offer support and assistance to individuals who experience sexual harassment, including access to counselling services and legal resources. We are committed to helping victims recover and regain a sense of security in the workplace
